M2CPU01 is an ultra compact ARM9-based module for rapid development of small and portable embedded systems. Featuring very low power consumption rates this module, which comes complete with RAM and Flash HDD, it includes configurable communication bus, USB device/host controller, ethernet 10/100 MAC, CAN/LIN, MMC controller and full Linux compatibility.
